Premium cues and polyphenol power in one sophisticated pack.

This brand was created to bridge the worlds of wellness and wine through a refined, health-led proposition. Drawing on the natural polyphenol benefits of grapes, the identity combines recognisable wine cues with credible health symbolism to position the drink as a premium alternative to alcohol. Gold foiling, elegant typography and distinctive iconography deliver sophistication and trust.

In 2014, our client bought a vineyard in Mansfield in the foothills of the Victorian Alps. However, unlike most vineyard owners, the Kassims wanted to use their grapes for a beverage that aligned to their personal health and wellbeing philosophies. Given grapes are an excellent source of Vitamin K and a natural source of beneficial antioxidants and other polyphenols, they help protect the health and function of human cells.

Denomination’s design solution was to create a sophisticated pack that incorporated wine cues so that it could be as used a substitute for alcohol and other non-alcoholic drinks but also aligned to the health nature of the product. The Fountain of Eternal Life was used as the brand icon, with the fountain billowing grape tendrils and bunches. The VB identity formed a heath and incorporated a cross to subtly convey the health positioning. The use of gold foiling and sophisticated typographic embellishments gave the brand the premium cues required at this price point.
