Belorante was created to challenge the visual conventions of Italian wine and bring modern Italian vibrancy to the shelf. Drawing inspiration from contemporary Italian culture, the brand uses bold colour, confident typography and a jewel-toned peacock to signal style and approachability. A distinctive label shape reinforces standout and recognition, resulting in a joyful, premium expression of regional Italian wine.

Italian style and flair are celebrated the world over - yet the average retail shelf of Italian wines remains a sea of dark, conservative labels. Our client saw an opportunity: to bring the easy-drinking appeal of regional Italian wines to life with a brand that disrupts expectations and reflects the vibrancy of modern Italy.

So we went to the real Italy for inspiration. The Italy of peacocks roaming palazzo gardens. Of bold fashion on the evening passeggiata. Of colour, confidence and effortless deliciousness. Belorante captures this spirit in full technicolour: a jewel-toned peacock touched with gold foil; a logotype inspired by classic Italian signage; and a palette of bold, striking colours that bring energy to the shelf.

A unique label shape - now one of the brand’s most distinctive assets - further elevates its standout and helps Belorante leap off any fixture. The result is a celebration of Italian vibrancy and taste, wrapped in a design that feels stylish, joyful and unmistakably contemporary.
